UNG Residence Policy

All students accepted to the Dahlonega campus of UNG who have not earned 60 semester hours or lived four semesters in university housing are required to live on campus.

Students may live off campus if they:

• Live with parents or grandparents within a fifty mile radius of the Dahlonega campus
• Are married or divorced
• Are 21 years of age or older
• Have completed 2 years of successful active military service
• Or have internally transferred from another UNG campus with more than 30 hours.

Students accepted to UNG-Dahlonega campus may apply for housing at the Non-Cadet Housing Portal.
